What we collect
When you order or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the contents of your messages.
This website does not use a shopping cart or accounts and does not store payment card details.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order
- To reply to your questions and give paddle recommendations
- To handle returns, warranty claims and refunds
- To send updates on new products, only if you ask to receive them
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and address with courier companies so they can deliver your order. We do not sell your personal data.
Orders and messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, warranty and our accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights

Website analytics
Our hosting provider may collect basic technical data such as pages visited and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
